Tenantly acts solely as a technology provider. Self-storage facilities remain responsible for their own pricing, policies, rental agreements, and operational decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

4. AI and Automated Communications

Tenantly uses artificial intelligence to respond to calls, SMS messages, and chat interactions.

Storage operators are responsible for confirming final pricing, availability, and operational policies.

5. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Name: Tenantly SMS Notifications Program

The Tenantly SMS Notifications Program provides automated SMS messages related to:

• Storage unit reservations
• Availability updates
• Account notifications
• Gate access confirmations
• Move-in and move-out updates
• Service-related operational communications

By providing your mobile phone number and interacting with Tenantly, you consent to receive automated text messages from Tenantly or on behalf of a participating storage facility.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Tenantly does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Gate Access and Unit Controls

If enabled by a storage operator, Tenantly may facilitate:

• Gate access
• Unit unlocking
• Access code generation

Access is granted based on data provided by the storage operator. Tenantly is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from inaccurate information supplied by operators or users.

7. Payments and Reservations

Tenantly may facilitate reservation or booking processes. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Tenantly:

• Does not store full payment card numbers
• Is not responsible for payment processor errors
• Is not responsible for facility-specific refund policies

All rental agreements are between the tenant and the storage operator.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, workflows, branding, and technology underlying the Services are owned by Tenantly LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services
